Brick full body Lviv
Since 2011, the "Solonsko" brick factory has been supplying bricks of various types and brands for construction in all corners of Ukraine, but the most popular is full-body brick - Lviv and the Lviv region have the most buildings where this particular material was used, so we had the opportunity to investigate their condition after more than 10 years and make sure of their impeccable quality. Of course, a lot has changed over the years, "Solonsko" LLP acquired modern European equipment, the experience of the team increased, technological processes underwent changes that improved the quality of the material, but the fact that bricks filled Lviv - that's what our bricks were called at the stage of launching the plant builders - even from the first batches, it behaves perfectly and continues to maintain excellent characteristics for many years, which even our competitors note. At the very least, our clay quarry, which, by the way, is located on the territory of the plant, is one and the same, and therefore it proves that the material from which the bricks of Lviv are made is excellent both then and now. p>
Our main brick is a regular 1 NF (M125-150) ceramic brick, which is unofficially called a full-body brick, because our factory does not produce any other full-body bricks at the moment. This brick is the most popular building material, which has a number of advantages and distinctive features. It is characterized by high quality and strength, which makes it ideal for the construction of load-bearing walls and partitions. The versatility of full-body brick allows you to successfully use it in combination with other building materials in the construction of various objects, from residential buildings to industrial buildings, ensuring the reliability and quality of structures. For many years, we have been manufacturing full-body bricks for Lviv and the Lviv region, during this time it has proven that it can withstand high loads and ensure the resistance of structures to external influences, and thanks to its structure, the brick retains heat well, providing a comfortable microclimate in the premises. Although this full-body brick is an ordinary brick, that is, it is used for laying indoors with the subsequent use of facing from the outside, many people use this ordinary ordinary full-body brick in Lviv and the Lviv region as the main one without using facing - its traditional and at the same time beautiful appearance allows to create stylish and strong buildings with a traditional brick look, where characteristic colors and minor cracks make a rather interesting pattern, which all local photographers hunt for as a background in their photo shoots.
But why exactly is our full-bodied brick so popular in Lviv and the Lviv region? First of all, these are its excellent and stable characteristics, each batch meets all the norms of DSTU, any possibility of defects is completely excluded due to thorough quality control and special inspection of products. Builders know that these features of bricks are the most important, you can even ignore a slight increase in the budget when buying or delivering them, but the excellent quality of each batch will protect against unpleasant surprises during construction or during the life of the building. All specific figures and characteristics are given in the table above, but the parameters influencing the price of solid bricks deserve a detailed explanation in the next paragraph...

Brick solid price
Therefore, a solid brick, the price of which has traditionally become a decisive factor when making a decision on its purchase, does not always have the same characteristics - a higher-quality brick requires more costs in the production processes and it cannot cost the same as a low-quality brick , which is only suitable for building a shed. Although the quality of brick as a concept is not entirely acceptable - there is a brand and other characteristics declared by the manufacturer and a brick that corresponds to them and does not belong to the defect - is considered high-quality, but, for example, brick of the M75 brand, which is traditionally used for the construction of small agricultural buildings, will be at a lower price than M125 bricks, which can already be used to build high-rise buildings - both are considered high-quality if they meet the standards and pass quality tests, but the purpose, load, and economy of the buildings are different, and the appropriateness of the purpose of the brick is crucial. Different brands of full-bodied bricks are needed, the price, or more precisely, the difference in price may not be of decisive importance in a specific construction, where the brand and other characteristics of the brick are usually indicated in the project and it is not possible to use any other, but for the manufacturer this is a different technological process, changes in temperature, drying/firing time, which affects cost and total profit. One way or another, a full-bodied brick, the price of which already takes into account all these indicators, must meet the stated characteristics, but each enterprise has its own properties, and taking into account the unique composition of their deposits, boundaries appear in which it is most profitable for them to produce bricks - usually each brick factory concentrates precisely on them. "Solonsko" Brick Factory has focused its production on such a product as solid bricks, the price of which is the most favorable for Lviv and the Lviv region and meets the requirements of DSTU, having the brand M100, M125, M150 and the frost resistance index F25 with water absorption of 25% in standard sizes for Ukraine - 250x120x65 mm.
A solid brick, unlike a hollow brick, with the same composition and a similar manufacturing process, will withstand greater loads and better indicators of frost resistance and moisture absorption. On the other hand, solid bricks have worse thermal conductivity and weight indicators, i.e. fewer holes or voids inside - this is more weight, which must be taken into account when constructing multi-storey buildings and calculating their pressure on the foundation, and more air, which has a positive effect on thermal conductivity, i.e. thermal energy is stored better and such walls are considered "warm", which helps to save on future heating or better protect against the heat in the summer.
Experienced builders also take into account when using a hollow brick or solid brick, the price of which, by the way, is a little more than a hollow brick, its ability to hold a load with the help of nails, dowels, etc. If this is a kitchen wall, where in the future a lot of furniture will be hung, the combined weight of which can weigh up to 500 kg, then it is better to immediately make this wall with an inner layer of solid bricks for the convenience of hanging furniture and appliances, although if you know that the brick in the wall is hollow, then there will be no problems if you use special dowels that twist into a knot, do not overload such bricks and do not make too many holes next to each other.
