Terms of return of goods
We guarantee that the products meet the stated requirements
The return of goods is carried out in accordance with the law of Ukraine "On the protection of consumer rights", which guarantees the return or replacement of goods that did not fit, within 14 calendar days from the date of receipt of the products. The client is obliged to independently check the quality, obvious defects and quantity of the product at the time of its acceptance from the manufacturer. Confirmation of the proper quality and corresponding quantity of products is the absence of any reservations regarding the quality and quantity at the time of acceptance of the goods.
Warranty obligations do not arise if:
- the product has no significant defects
- the product was used
- more than 14 days have passed since the purchase of the goods
- consumer properties not saved
- when checking the quality of the product, signs of third-party intervention were detected (opening, repair attempt) or other conditions of warranty service were violated
- the product is damaged as a result of the customer using the product not for its intended purpose and without taking into account its features and properties
- there is no document confirming the fact of the purchase of the product, or a warranty card, complete set of the product
To return the product, you must provide:
- the invoice that was provided when purchasing this product
- a copy of the invoice, which indicates the goods to be returned
- goods being returned are of good quality
- refund letter
Other restrictions on product returns:
- the amount for the delivery of the goods is not refundable
- when returning the goods, transportation is carried out at the expense of the buyer
- goods that have individual parameters and characteristics or were manufactured to the customer's individual order are not accepted for return
